Updates:What to Travel Abroad, Learn, What are the Visa Requirement?.. Appointment
By submitting a Brazilian visa application through us, ALL travelers are accepting and acknowledging all of the above mentioned information, and agreeing that ALL travelers must abide by these rules, terms and special conditions. We shall NOT be held responsible for any losses incurred by visa applications being delayed by the Brazilian consulate’s internal issues and technical difficulties, including computer glitches and holiday closings.
According to the Brazilian Constitution, children of Brazilian citizens (either mother, or father, or both parents) born in the US are also considered Brazilians and should be registered at the Brazilian Consulate in order to receive their Brazilian passport.
If you do not wish to register your children at the moment you can request a VISA. In this case, you must sign and notarize the Visa Declaration for Brazilian Parents: CLICK HERE for the form.

A business letter from the US employer. The letter must be printed on the company letterhead stationery, addressed to “The Consulate of Brazil, Visa Section”, and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must include the following information:
