Passport Card

Getting a new passport card can be a bit of a hassle. Applications must be signed in person in front of a Passport Agent and approval/denial can take anywhere from four to six weeks—not good when your travel plans are coming up quickly. We have passport offices in Orange County and Los Angeles to help you file for a rush passport fast! We can help expedite the application process and get you travel documents in as few as 24 hours!

At this time, mail-in expedited processing will take 5 to 7 weeks. Due to COVID restrictions placed by the US State Department, all passport processing options listed below are not available till further notice. Please contact us for further assistance if you require faster processing.

We highly recommend you come between 9 AM-11 AM to be able to accomplish Step 3 on the same day.

COME INTO THE OFFICE

We will review & prepare your application documents & take your passport photos. If you already have passport-type photos, bring them with you. {tooltip}More Info..{end-texte}PLEASE NOTE: You may choose to skip STEP 2 and do this part yourself. However, please be aware that the State Department will most likely reject your materials for being improperly organized and presented, and WE may lose our ability to expedite your passport even after you have paid your government and our service fees.{end-tooltip}

Step 3

We will provide you with the Post Office where you will make a mandatory appearance.

VISIT THE POST OFFICE

A federal agent will be expecting you to verify and execute all forms and signatures, seal all the materials into an envelope that will immediately be returned to you.

Step 4

Drop off the SEALED envelope at our office so we can submit it to the US State Department the next day.

Follow These Instructions to Obtain a U.S. Passport

To File for a Rush Passport you will need:
  • Your printed UNSIGNED DS-11 form (and DS-64 if applicable)
  • Please CLICK HERE to get started, or click on the Application Form tab on this table to access the form and instructions on how to fill it out
  • The original (or certified) copy of your birth -OR- Original naturalization certificate
  • Name change documentation, if applicable – Original marriage certificate, name change certificate or court order
  • Your VALID driver’s license, a federal or state-issued ID card
    If you don’t have one, you must:
    • Appear at the local DMV and apply for a new license or ID card. You must bring the DMV printout as proof that you have applied for a new state ID. Starting October 1, 2023, you will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport card to fly within the U.S.
    • A WITNESS FORM will need to be filled out when you make your appearance at the Post Office. Bring a witness, such as a friend or a family member, or someone you’ve known for more than 5 years who is in possession of a valid federal or state-issued ID card, driver’s license or passport who will sign the form. Please note: Co-workers or employers/employees are not acceptable witness
  • Print 3 copies of the Passport Authorization Letter Form {tooltip}(Mouse over for more info…){end-texte}This form letter can be typed-in online or hand-written. It is required by the State Department as authorization allowing us to submit application materials on behalf of the traveler without an appointment. Mistakes cannot be scratched out or corrected on the form. If you make a mistake while filling it out, start over on a clean form. All signatures MUST match the signatures on the passport application form.{end-tooltip}

  • Flight, travel, or cruise-ship itinerary {tooltip}(mouse over for more info…){end-texte} to obtain an expedited U.S. passport from the state department, you must present at least a tentative itinerary (printed out from an online vendor, website or the travel agency you booked it with). If you ultimately do not intend to fly out of the u.s. Within the next 3 months, please advise us so that we can work on an alternate document to be submitted.{end-tooltip}
  • State department and post office fees must be paid by cash, check or atm card only (no credit cards accepted) during your visit to the post office
  • Our service fees may be paid by cash, check, debit/credit card and money orders, and will be done at our office during your first visit
